Yaarbal — Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules governing your use of the yaarbal network and Service. The AUP applies to all users, seeders, and peer operators. Compliance with this AUP is a condition of access to the Service.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use yaarbal to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:
- You may not use yaarbal to create, request, generate, distribute, transmit, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is real or synthetic.
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Harassment, abuse, threats of violence, or intimidation directed at any individual or group.
- Generation of non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real individuals.
- Automated scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that unreasonably burdens the Service or peer operators.
- Impersonation of any person or entity, or misrepresentation of your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, or other malicious code via prompts or generated outputs.
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features of the Service, the tracker, or peer operator nodes.
- Using the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or fraudulent communications at scale.
- Any use that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
3. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Service, forfeiture of any credit balance, and referral to law enforcement where required by law. Yaarbal reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a violation, including cooperating with law enforcement agencies.
Peer operators found to be facilitating prohibited activities may be removed from the network without notice and may be subject to additional remedies under applicable law.
4. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is using the yaarbal network in violation of this AUP, please report it immediately. Reports can be submitted via the in-app "Report abuse" link, by emailing abuse@yaarbal.app, or via the abuse report form. We review all reports and take action as warranted.
Reports involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are escalated to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required under applicable law.
